Assistant Store Manager

Melt Ice Cream is looking for a 30 hr/week, year-round Assistant Store Manager to help with supervising staff, keeping track of inventory, serving customers, and store upkeep. The schedule will be nights and weekends with occasional daytime hours. Applicants must be at least 18 years old, with experience in food service and leadership. Scooper: Responsible for serving customers, cleaning, side work, making waffle cones and whipped cream. Must be at least 16 years old and able to confidently communicate with customers and coworkers. A minimum of two shifts per week. Must be able to work during the day OR nights until 10pm during the week and 11pm on Friday and Saturdays.

Shift Lead: Responsible for leading the shift including communicating with leadership, taking inventory, delegating tasks, cleaning, helping customers. Must be at least 18 years old with some work experience in food service. Three shift per week minimum. Shifts run until 10pm during the week and 11pm on Fridays and Saturdays.
